Commercial Abatement plus reconstruction

EASE performed abatement of approximately 350 sq ft of triple-layer VCT flooring and associated mastic from two bathrooms and an adjoining hallway. The scope included full containment setup, removal of all flooring down to the slab, and scraping/prepping exterior walls in each bathroom to receive roll-on waterproofing. Upon completion, the area was cleaned and cleared, with final air clearance testing performed to ensure safe re-occupancy. The reconstruction involved replacing of partition walls, drywall work and paint and floor tile installation.
