Crawlspace Encapsulation and Mold Remediation

EAS Environmental completed full mold remediation and crawlspace cleanup at a residential property. Work included treatment of all open framing, debris removal, and leveling with sand. Two separate crawlspace encapsulation systems were installed, along with cleaning, replacing, re-insulating, and sealing affected ductwork. The project also included sealing the HVAC chase, adding attic insulation, installing new access doors, re-caulking a shower, and performing a complete plumbing repipe.
