Fire Loss - Hotel

EASE was tasked with stabilizing the structure after a fire loss. Care and consideration were given for the Owners desire to stay operational through the repair process. Exploratory and investigative work, in coordination with the insurance company's field adjuster, identified the affected areas spanning (03) floors, (10) units and common areas. Stabilization of all affected interior areas included demolition of fire/smoke damaged building material, detailed post construction cleaning, application of odor eliminator, and smoke odor sealant. Exterior work included selective demo of siding, ice-blasting soot from the CMU block wall from the ground up to the 3rd floor roof, selective demo of the TPO roof, clean and odor treat, and smoke odor seal in all areas. EASE turned over this building for reconstruction after all stabilization efforts were completed.
