EASE provided labor and materials for construction services, including removing and treating rodent-damaged drywall in the attic. The team also replaced a leaking water heater relief valve and installed a new drain line through the crawlspace to discharge in the yard. All treated areas were cleaned and sealed with a mold-resistant coating.
