Lead Based Paint Remediation

Built in the 1930’s, this building includes a large open lobby, large 2-story gymnasium with a full-sized basketball court, running track, and classrooms. EAS was tasked with helping Thompson-Turner restore the building. Our scope of work included stabilizing the interior and exterior paint on all (107) double-sash windows, (08) door frames, and all of the interior I-beams and angle iron rafters, purlins, x-bracing, etc. As always, safety was our primary concern as most work was performed +40ft high.
