EAS performed targeted mold remediation in a residential home addition, in partnership with a local builder. The project included HEPA vacuuming, antimicrobial treatment, and detailed cleaning of affected framing. Remediation was completed through proper source removal and cleaning procedures, ensuring the area was safe for construction and maintaining healthy indoor air quality.
