Mold Remediation plus construction

EASE provided labor and materials for remediation and repairs, including containment setup, HVAC isolation, and operation of air scrubbers. Select fixtures were salvaged, and non-salvageable materials, including subfloor and damaged joists, were removed. The flooring system was cleaned, treated, and disinfected. Post-remediation, all surfaces were HEPA vacuumed and fogged before space release. Construction included floor joist repairs and new subfloor installation. All crawlspace ductwork was replaced, including trunk lines, service runs, and vent boots, with spray foam sealing.
