Office Construction

EASE completed interior renovations including CMU painting, selective demolition, HVAC adjustments, and ceiling grid replacement. The ceiling height was raised as much as existing conditions allowed, with the new layout matching the adjacent renovated hallway. All work was completed on the hallway side only, with no patching or painting on the classroom side of CMU infill areas.
