Mold Remediation, Friable Abatement, Non ACM Demo and Crawlspace

EASE Environmental conducted a comprehensive remediation project addressing mold, asbestos, general demolition, and crawlspace contamination. For mold remediation, EASE established containment barriers, isolated HVAC systems, and operated air scrubbers to maintain air quality. They removed all non-salvageable building materials, thoroughly remediated exposed framing and hard surfaces using HEPA vacuuming and antimicrobial treatments, and completed structural drying to meet industry standards. The friable asbestos abatement involved the safe removal of ACM drywall from the kitchen sink wall, living room, and bathroom walls. In the non-ACM demolition phase, EASE dismantled kitchen cabinets in unaffected areas, removed the kitchen floor and subfloor as necessary, and fully demoed bathroom fixtures, including the tub, shower, vanity, and flooring. Lastly, crawlspace remediation included inspection and treatment of visible mold growth, removal of water-damaged insulation, and antimicrobial application with detailed wet wiping of affected framing.
