Remediation plus construction

EASE provided labor and materials for full remediation and restoration services across multiple areas of the property. Scope included minor content manipulation (cleaning excluded), containment setup, HVAC isolation, and air scrubber operation both inside and outside containment zones. Demolition of affected, non-salvageable materials was performed in the 2nd FL Bathroom, 1st FL Bathroom, Master Bathroom, 2nd FL Hallway (HVAC), attic, and crawlspace. Remediation of open framing and hard surfaces was completed in all impacted and adjacent areas, followed by a three-stage HEPA vacuuming and antimicrobial treatment. Structure was dried to standard, and unaffected areas were dry fogged with EPA-registered disinfectant. Air scrubbers were operated for 24 hours post-remediation before breakdown of containment and release of space. NADCA-certified duct cleaning was performed for the upstairs HVAC unit. Crawlspace encapsulation (~2,000 SQFT) included removal of batt insulation, vapor barrier installation, sealing of curtain walls/piers/vents, and installation of an AprilAire E-100 dehumidifier system. General cleaning and limited remediation were completed, and construction services were provided to restore affected areas.
