Residential Abatement

EASE performed asbestos abatement in the kitchen, hallway, and living room. The project will involved removing asbestos-containing ceilings while leaving a 2-inch service lip and scraping the popcorn texture in each designated area. The project included the removal of approximately 300 square feet of ACM drywall, while no ACM insulation removal is required. EASE used HEPA vacuuming and wet wiping of approximately 1,250 square feet of all building surfaces in the affected areas. All work conducted in accordance with EPA, OSHA, and local asbestos abatement regulations, ensuring safe containment, removal, and disposal of asbestos-containing materials.
