EASE provided all labor to complete demolition and asbestos abatement work. In Bedroom 2, the ceiling, walls, flooring, and contents were removed, while the Library was fully gutted with all items disposed of. ACM drywall and insulation were abated, contaminated contents were removed, and all areas were cleaned with HEPA vacuuming, wet wiping, and finished with a lockdown encapsulant.
