Residential Abatement

EASE provided all labor to complete the outlined scope of work. In Bedroom 2, the ceiling, two exterior walls, nailed-down hardwood flooring, and contents were removed and disposed of. The Library was fully gutted, with all contents disposed. Fixtures were detached, labeled, and set aside. Non-ACM demolition, including trim, quarter round, and chair rail, was performed as needed to access ACM materials. ACM abatement included drywall and insulation removal. ACM-contaminated contents were removed from Bedroom 2 and the Library. All affected areas were HEPA vacuumed and wet wiped followed by application of lockdown encapsulant excluding critical barriers.
