Residential Abatement

EASE provided labor and materials to perform asbestos abatement and demolition work across multiple areas. Scope included ceiling removal in the bedroom, bathroom, and a full gut with content disposal in one of the bedrooms. ACM abatement included drywall and insulation, with ACM-contaminated contents removed from bedroom. Fixtures were detached, labeled, and set aside, and non-ACM demolition was performed as needed to complete abatement. All affected areas were HEPA vacuumed and wet wiped, with lockdown encapsulant applied.
