Residential Abatement

To ensure safety and regulatory compliance, EASE provided set up containment, install air scrubbers and negative air machines (NAM), and shut down and isolate the HVAC system to prevent fiber contamination. The team maintained adequate negative pressure throughout the project and safely removed all non-salvageable ACM materials. All asbestos waste were bagged, sealed (goose-necked), and cleaned before removal from containment. Clearance testing were conducted to confirm air quality meets regulatory standards. All work performed were in accordance with EPA, OSHA, and local asbestos abatement regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant restoration process.
