EASE performed friable asbestos abatement of vinyl flooring and drywall in the FROG, stairwell, and garage, using full containment, a 5-stage decon chamber, and proper negative pressure. Mold remediation was also completed in all areas with HEPA vacuuming, antimicrobial wipes, and dry fogging. Drying equipment ran for two days, and air scrubbers stayed in place for 24 hours before the space was cleared for re-entry.
