Residential Abatement plus Mold Remediation

EASE performed friable abatement of approximately 375 sqft of ACM vinyl flooring and 400 sqft of ACM drywall in the FROG, stairwell, and garage. Full containment with a 5-tier decontamination chamber was set, negative pressure maintained, and all debris was properly bagged and disposed of. Content manipulation was excluded but required prior to abatement. Limited mold remediation was also completed in all abatement areas, including HEPA vacuuming, antimicrobial wiping, and dry fogging with EPA-registered disinfectant. Drying equipment ran for two days, and air scrubbers remained in place for 24 hours post-remediation before the space was released back to the client.
