Trauma Clean - Hotel

EASE's commitment is to help minimize downtime and lost revenue, while delivering a relieving experience after disasters or emergency situations. After a guest had an unfortunate health issue in the suite of an upscale Charleston boutique hotel, EASE was called to immediately address the situation. Containment and air filtration devices were set up to isolate the affected area, and all affected materials were demo'd, bagged for disposal, discretely packed in clean containers and removed from the hotel for disposal. Detailed cleaning and disinfecting took place immediately after demolition with an EPA registered biocide. The affected room was then treated with a dry fog application of an EPA-registered hospital disinfectant cleaner, antimicrobial, and odor eliminator. Finally, EASE provided construction services in coordination with the hotel management and maintenance team in order to get the room from inoperable to operable within a week.
