Dennis and the Elegant Accents team designed a comprehensive landscape lighting plan using 73 solid brass fixtures across the full property, from the front entry columns to the backyard pool area. The most technically involved element was installing recessed lights directly into the front steps, carefully positioned to wash up and catch the architectural details of the Spanish facade above — a precise installation that required exacting placement to achieve the right angle and coverage. Brass uplights now highlight the grand oaks and palms, path lights define the landscape beds, and sconce lighting frames the entry with warmth and symmetry. The entire three-day installation transformed a property that had been reduced to a handful of dim sconce lights into something that commands attention from the street.
