Full Exterior Makeover – Retail Restoration | Jackson, MS

This project, completed in just two and a half days, was a full exterior transformation driven by urgency and elevated by design. The homeowner contacted us after receiving a demand letter from their insurance carrier, threatening policy cancellation due to the age of the existing roof. With limited time to act, Elevated Roofing + Exteriors stepped in with immediate solutions and expert guidance. Following a thorough inspection, we presented multiple estimate options. The homeowner ultimately chose to invest in a complete exterior makeover—not just a roof replacement. We installed a new roofing system using Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles, ensuring a lifetime of protection against black streaks and algae. The gutter system was upgraded from outdated 5-inch gutters to 6-inch K-style gutters with round dark bronze downspouts, adding both elegance and improved water management. We also replaced all exterior siding, applied a fresh coat of premium paint, and finished the look with a custom chimney cap for a cohesive, high-end finish.
