Cary Tub-to-Shower Conversion – Safe, Accessible, and Beautiful

This Cary client came to us with a specific need: to replace her bathtub with a shower that would be safer and easier to use due to mobility challenges — all while staying within a tight budget. We removed the existing tub and installed a new prefabricated shower unit with a clean, modern look. To ensure long-term accessibility, we reinforced the shower walls for grab bar installation and positioned the water valve lower at the client’s request for easier reach and control. The upgrade not only improved functionality but also made the bathroom feel more open and refreshed. Most importantly, she can now safely and comfortably shower on her first floor — and we completed the entire project in under a week.
