Pittsboro Outdoor Living Transformation – Retaining Wall, Paver Patio & Elevated Deck What began with the replacement of an aging wooden retaining wall evolved into a complete outdoor living transformation in Pittsboro. We removed the old wood retaining wall, extended the area, and constructed a new retaining wall that created the foundation for a beautiful new paver patio. The original wooden front steps were also removed and replaced with new paver steps, creating a more durable and polished entrance. As the project progressed, additional patio sections were added to connect the spaces and the retaining wall, creating a larger, more cohesive outdoor area in front of the home. At a separate game-room building on the property, an existing roof structure with a damaged support post was removed and replaced with a new elevated deck. To provide direct access to the new deck, an existing second-floor window was converted into a double sliding patio door. The finished project brings together hardscaping, structural construction, and outdoor living spaces throughout the property—transforming previously disconnected and aging areas into beautiful, functional spaces designed to be enjoyed for years to come.
