Attic Conversion – Third-Floor Suite with Full Bath & Custom Storage For this showcase, Elite Design & Remodeling Studio transformed an unfinished attic into a light-filled third-floor retreat: Complete Build-Out – Added full insulation, new HVAC supply/return, and sound-rated drywall to create year-round comfort. Refined Access – Refinished the staircase to blend seamlessly with existing interiors and ensure safe, elegant passage. Private Bath – Integrated a stylish full bathroom featuring space-saving fixtures, premium tile, and proper ventilation. Custom Built-Ins – Installed perimeter cabinetry, closets, and concealed storage nooks that maximize every eave and alcove. Integrated Lighting – Layered recessed, task, and accent lighting to ensure bright functionality and cozy ambiance. Finished Suite – The result is a spacious bedroom with ample storage and thoughtful details—turning previously unused square footage into a beautiful, highly functional third-floor haven. This project highlights our expertise in structural upgrades, mechanical integration, and custom millwork—delivering a polished living space where none existed before.
