Fuquay-Varina Outdoor Upgrade – Composite Deck & Paved Landing

In this Fuquay-Varina transformation, we replaced a weathered, outdated wood deck with a larger, fully redesigned structure that brings style, safety, and functionality together. The original deck was not only damaged but poorly configured — so we expanded the layout and relocated the staircase to create better flow and accessibility. The new deck features premium composite decking, a sleek combination of metal and composite railing, and wide stairs that now lead directly to a beautiful custom paved landing — opening up the backyard and enhancing the space for entertaining. To prevent water accumulation beneath the new build, we also regraded the surrounding area and installed drainage solutions to protect the home’s foundation and ensure lasting performance. This project turned a deteriorated, cramped deck into an open, inviting, low-maintenance outdoor retreat built for years of enjoyment.
