Deck Replacement with Composite Materials, Paved Landing & Drainage Improvements In this outdoor renovation, we removed the client's old, weather-damaged wood deck and designed a larger, more durable structure — fully permitted and built for long-term use. The new deck features premium composite decking, a beautiful combination of metal and composite railing, and a redesigned staircase that leads to a newly installed paved landing in the backyard. The wide composite stairs enhance both safety and visual appeal. To address standing water that had been accumulating beneath the old deck, we implemented effective drainage solutions and regraded the surrounding area — diverting water away from the home and protecting the foundation. The result is a polished, low-maintenance outdoor living space that’s as functional as it is beautiful — built to last and ready to enjoy in every season.
