Whole-Home Transformation – Kitchen, Screened Porch Conversion, and Hallway Bathroom Remodel This project began with a transformative kitchen remodel that set the tone for the rest of the home. We refaced and painted the existing cabinets, installed beautiful new quartz countertops, and reconfigured the layout for improved function and flow. The existing pantry and narrow 32" backyard access door were removed, and the double windows in the dining area were replaced with a wide 72" sliding glass door — creating a seamless transition to the outdoor living space. We added new corner cabinets and a tall pantry cabinet where the door once stood, enhancing both storage and workspace. Popcorn ceilings were removed and replaced with recessed lighting throughout. Fresh paint on walls and trim, along with new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, brought warmth and cohesion to the entire space. Thrilled with the results, the client immediately asked us to convert the screened porch into a cozy three-season room. We reframed the structure, installed EZ Breeze windows, sealed the space, and extended the LVP flooring for continuity. New stairs were also built to provide safe, attractive access to the backyard. A year later, the client called us back to remodel the upstairs hallway bathroom. To optimize the layout, we relocated the vanity into a small alcove, creating a more open central space. We restructured a deep, underutilized storage area by dividing it between the bathroom and the adjacent bedroom — allowing for custom built-ins in both rooms. The bathtub was replaced with a prefab shower to stay within budget, and we finished the space with new tile flooring, updated lighting, a modern mirror, a new vent fan, and fresh paint on the walls, trim, and ceiling.
