Holly Springs Three-Season Room Revival – EZ Breeze Retreat

After completing a previous project, this thrilled Holly Springs homeowner called us back to rescue and reimagine their severely damaged screened porch. While the structure had seen better days, it had solid bones — and we saw the opportunity to transform it into a cozy, year-round retreat. We carefully salvaged the existing roof and framing, replaced several compromised posts and the old stairs, and reinforced the structure for long-term durability. The decking boards were removed and rebuilt with pressure-treated subflooring, a moisture barrier, and new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring to match the interior of the home. We installed EZ Breeze windows throughout, fully sealing the space to protect against the elements while letting in plenty of natural light and fresh air. The result is a beautiful, functional three-season room that the homeowner now enjoys as a peaceful personal escape — no matter the weather.
