Holly Springs Patio Makeover – From Rotted Deck to Luxurious Outdoor Living

This Holly Springs backyard underwent a complete transformation, replacing a deteriorated wood deck and an outdated cement patio with a beautifully designed, expanded paved patio. We demolished the failing structures and created a custom patio layout that complements the home’s style while maximizing space for outdoor entertaining. Cascading stairs now flow from the double doors, offering a grand and functional entrance to the patio below. To create a more open and inviting environment, we extended the patio toward the back and side of the home — enhancing both the layout and the experience. The result is a luxurious outdoor living area with seamless flow, visual appeal, and lasting durability.
