Water damage doesn’t always mean you need to tear out the entire bathroom. This homeowner had been struggling to find someone willing to take on the partial renovation his bathroom actually needed. Rather than recommending a complete remodel, we took a conservative approach—repairing the damaged areas while preserving what was still in good condition. Our team completed the necessary tile repairs, replaced the missing floor tile, regrouted the shower, replaced the faucet, and properly waterproofed the repaired areas to help protect against future water intrusion. The water damage had also affected the ceiling below, so we repaired the damaged ceiling, prepared the surface, and repainted the entire connected ceiling area for a clean, consistent finish. Within just a few days, the homeowner had his bathroom back—repaired, waterproofed, functional, and looking beautiful again. Sometimes the right renovation isn’t the biggest renovation. It’s identifying what actually needs to be repaired and doing it properly. Elite Remodeling & Design LLC You Dream It! We Build It!
