Two-Story Addition + Outdoor Living Retreat Total Area: 800 sq ft interior + expansive outdoor features This stunning project showcases a full transformation of both interior and exterior living spaces. We completed a two-story home addition totaling 800 square feet — 400 sq ft per floor — seamlessly integrated into the existing structure. The new space provides functional square footage for family living, with thoughtfully designed interiors tailored to the homeowner’s lifestyle. To extend the home’s livable space outdoors, we built a custom deck with a roof overhead for all-season enjoyment. Below, a large paved patio was designed with entertaining in mind. To manage the property’s challenging slope, we engineered and installed a beautiful retaining wall — which also serves as built-in seating, adding both form and function to the yard.
