This project is a great example of how we can work flexibly alongside customers and other trades to deliver an efficient, well-designed heating system. The customer was managing the wider building project himself, so our team completed the installation of the Ideal HP290 heat pump and hot-water cylinder, while also designing the wet underfloor-heating system for the property. This allowed the customer to install the underfloor heating as part of his own building programme, while still benefiting from a properly designed system that works effectively with the heat pump. ✅ A successful heat-pump installation is not just about fitting the outdoor unit. The design of the emitters, pipework and controls all plays a major part in achieving low flow temperatures, comfortable heating and efficient performance.
