We replaced a weathered, aging wooden deck and staircase with a durable new composite structure in Normandy Park. Our team performed extensive site preparation, including excavating deep footings and installing rebar cages to ensure long-term structural stability for the new platform. We integrated the new deck seamlessly with the existing light green lap siding of the home while ensuring proper drainage and ledger attachment. For the surface, we installed brown composite decking boards to provide a low-maintenance, weather-resistant finish. The project featured a complete rebuild of the staircase leading to the lower garden area, improving both safety and accessibility throughout the backyard. This upgrade significantly enhanced the home's outdoor living functionality and aesthetic appeal.
