We completed a window and door upgrade for this Kenmore residence, focusing on improving both functionality and aesthetics. Our team replaced an existing patio door with a set of natural wood French doors and installed a new Andersen 100-Series Fibrex double casement window in the home office. The project required structural adjustments, including new framing and fiberglass insulation to ensure a proper fit and weather-tight seal. We used high-performance Andersen Fibrex materials for the casement window to provide durability and energy efficiency against the Pacific Northwest climate. The interior was finished with clean white casing and mitered joints, while the exterior integrated seamlessly with the existing dark lap siding. These upgrades significantly enhanced the natural light in the home while providing a secure and elegant transition to the outdoor deck.
