We completed a full residential roof replacement for this two-story home in Liberty Township. For this project, our team completed a full roof replacement designed to improve long-term protection, durability, and curb appeal. We removed the existing roof down to the decking so we could inspect the roof surface properly before installing the new system. This home was upgraded with GAF Timberline Ultra HDZ shingles in Weathered Wood, giving it a thicker architectural profile and a clean, dimensional finish. We also installed GAF TimberTex ridge caps for a bold peak detail, GAF synthetic felt, ice and water shield, Oatey pipe flashing, and GAF Cobra SnowCountry Advanced ridge ventilation to help support proper airflow. To help protect the roof edges and fascia, we also installed clay drip edge and gutter apron as part of Empire’s perimeter protection system. As always, the project included our CleanRite property cleanup process, including debris removal and a magnetic sweep around the property. A strong roof starts with the right materials, proper installation, and attention to the details homeowners do not always see from the ground.
