We completed a comprehensive siding replacement on this split-level home in Cincinnati. Our team removed the aged, damaged exterior and prepared the structure with TopShield house wrap to ensure a weather-tight seal. We focused on upgrading the upper-level horizontal siding while preserving the classic brick facade on the lower level. We installed Mastic Carvedwood 5-inch straight lap siding in the English Wedgewood color, paired with black shutters for a sharp contrast. To complete the exterior transformation, we replaced the soffit and fascia with new metal components for a maintenance-free finish. This project repaired existing wood rot and significantly enhanced the home's overall curb appeal and durability.
