We completed a comprehensive crawlspace water mitigation and mold remediation project in Port Jefferson. Our team treated contaminated wooden floor joists and plywood subflooring that showed signs of significant moisture damage and surface growth. We deployed industrial air scrubbers, HEPA vacuums, and high-capacity dehumidifiers to eliminate airborne spores and dry out the structural framing. The process involved meticulously cleaning the overhead joists and stabilizing the environment to prevent future wood rot and maintain the integrity of the home's foundation.
