We installed a new 10x22 foot composite deck at this Duncannon property to enhance the rear outdoor living space. Our team framed the structure and installed gray wood-look composite boards in a clean, diagonal pattern. We also integrated a sliding glass door to provide seamless access from the home’s interior to the new elevated platform. The project featured a white vinyl railing system with sleek black metal balusters and a matching safety gate at the staircase. To ensure long-term durability and proper site drainage, we rerouted PVC downspouts beneath the deck framing. The result is a low-maintenance, functional outdoor area built with durable fasteners and weather-resistant materials.
