We completed a full roof replacement using GAF Timberline Ultra HDZ shingles, giving the home a fresh, durable upgrade. You can see in the before photos that the original shingles were tired and showing their age, making this full replacement a meaningful improvement for the home. To protect the roof where it matters most, we added Ice & Water Barrier along the eaves and around the edges. The rest of the roof deck was covered with Tiger Paw underlayment for added strength and a clean finish. A Cobra ridge vent was installed to help the attic breathe and keep the home comfortable year‑round. We finished the project with seamless gutters for a smooth, updated look and reliable water management. The result is a strong, attractive roofing system built to last.
