We replaced the existing roof with 30-year brown architectural shingles and installed new metal ridge vents for improved ventilation. The project also included the installation of 6-inch white aluminum gutters and downspouts, along with updated soffit and fascia boards to refresh the building’s trim and prevent future moisture infiltration. These improvements provide a durable, weather-resistant envelope that complements the classic masonry exterior.
