For this Halifax property, our team completed a major home addition along with a full exterior renovation that dramatically changed both the appearance and functionality of the home. From the new addition to the finishing details, every element was carefully designed to create a cohesive look while adding long-term value and performance. The exterior was upgraded with an ABM metal roofing system, bronze linen soffit and fascia, custom window trim, and ProVia Dutch lap siding in Sage. We also installed new ProVia windows, ProVia entry doors, and a custom ProVia bay window that serves as a striking architectural focal point. The combination of the addition and exterior improvements completely redefined the home's character. What was once an aging exterior is now a modern, cohesive design that blends durability, energy efficiency, and curb appeal. The transformation is so dramatic that it hardly looks like the same house.
