Comprehensive Parking Lot Mill and Overlay with Custom Line Striping in Venice

We completed a comprehensive parking lot renovation for a multi-story complex in Venice, FL. The project involved milling one inch of existing asphalt across approximately 18,300 square feet to prepare the surface for renewal. We then applied a liquid tack coat and installed a new 1.5-inch mat of SP 9.5 commercial-grade hot mix asphalt using vibratory rollers for optimal compaction. Following the paving, we performed full-scale line striping including ADA-compliant stalls, fire lanes, pedestrian crosswalks, and directional stencils. We also supplied and installed new concrete wheel stops throughout the lot to ensure proper parking alignment. The result is a durable, high-visibility surface that significantly improves traffic flow and site safety.
