After climbing up to take a close look at the roof, we found it’s still in great shape. Everything is holding up well, and it looks like it has at least another decade of life left in it. Since there isn't any urgent work to be done, we let the homeowner know that a full replacement or any major repairs just aren't necessary right now. We're planning to stop by again in a couple of years just to check in and make sure everything stays in top-notch condition for them down the road.
