We recently stopped by to take a close look at this roof and were happy to see it is in great shape. After our full inspection, we let the homeowner know that everything looks solid and they have at least another 10 years of life left in the shingles, so there is no need for any repairs or a new roof right now. We believe in being honest about what you actually need, so we advised against any unnecessary work. We have set a reminder to swing back by in a couple of years just to check in and make sure everything is still holding up perfectly for them.
