We constructed a new composite deck and integrated patio cover for this residence in Port Orchard. The project involved building a sturdy timber-frame structure and installing durable grey composite decking to create a functional outdoor living space. We also added custom wood railings and a set of stairs to provide safe access to the surrounding yard. The overhead pergola features translucent corrugated roofing panels, which provide weather protection while allowing natural light to filter through to the seating area. We selected weather-resistant materials to ensure longevity, including the composite surface and stained wood framing. The finished space offers a comfortable transition from the home to the wooded property, significantly expanding the usable footprint of the home.
