We performed targeted exterior masonry repairs on the architectural pillars at a commercial hotel property in Columbia. Our team addressed visible surface damage and chipping on several dark gray stucco columns located throughout the parking area and building perimeter. We focused on restoring the structural integrity of the corner edges and preparing the surfaces for a clean, uniform finish. These repairs utilized durable masonry materials to ensure the pillars can withstand environmental wear and maintain a professional appearance. By addressing peeling paint and masonry gaps at the base of each structure, we improved the overall longevity and visual appeal of the hotel exterior.
