We performed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this home in Lexington, South Carolina. After conducting a detailed drone-assisted inspection that identified significant wind damage and surface wear on the original shingles, we completely stripped the existing materials. We also addressed several structural issues, including nail pops and worn flashing, to ensure a watertight foundation for the new installation. To provide superior durability and a refreshed aesthetic, we installed high-performance green architectural asphalt shingles across the entire sloped surface. This project also involved the integration of a specialized metal roof section to enhance weather resistance in vulnerable areas.
