This project involved configuring an existing boat lift to properly fit the customer's new boat. Our team repositioned the boat to achieve the proper center of gravity, verified bunk and guide alignment, confirmed the lower limit setting, adjusted the upper travel limit to the customer's preference, and tested the lift through a complete operating cycle. We also reviewed the operation of the TEC IV A/C control system with the homeowner to ensure they were comfortable using it. As part of our evaluation, we recommended upgrading to a 5-step walkboard ladder with a corner bumper to improve dock access and provide additional protection while boarding. Properly setting up a boat lift for the vessel it carries helps improve safety, performance, and long-term reliability.
