Marietta, GA Rotten Wood Replacement, Chimney Corner Board Installation, Gutter Replacement, and Exterior Painting
September 2026
On this Marietta, GA home, we replaced various areas of rotted wood. For the chimney, we added corner boards to the gap where the brick meets the chimney. We also replaced the front entry base trim of the columns and the capitol trims of the decorative entry above the front door. On the garage doors, we replaced the trim and brick moulding. Along with this, we replaced areas of rotted fascia, soffit, and more corner boards on the home. After these repairs we painted two new coats of exterior paint on the non brick areas of the home. We also installed new custom made seamless aluminum gutters.
