Roswell, GA Wood Deck and Covered Porch Build

This project was a back porch refresh in Roswell, GA. We built a new deck using pressure treated pine. This included new railing with KDAT pressure treated top cap and balusters. At the top of the new steps, we installed an operable wood gate. Along with the deck, we built a new shed roof style covered porch. We used Hardie Trim for the fascia, Hardie Trim for the fascia, Hardie Panel for the soffit, and Hardie Beaded Porch Panel for the ceiling. For the rake ends of the porch, we installed James Hardie lap siding. Lastly, for the new covered porch, we installed a ceiling fan, lights, and aluminum gutters.
