On this Roswell, GA home, we completed various services on the home. First, we resurfaced the back deck using pressure treated pine. For the new railing, we installed composite top cap and black aluminum round balusters. On the front porch, we installed new cedar wood railing, posts, top cap, and black aluminum round balusters. There were also areas of rotted wood around the home on the corner boards, soffit, fascia, bottom band board, and the brickmould and blindstop on a few windows. For the front of the house, we replaced one doublehung window on the bay window bumpout using a new Tucker Wood Sash-Kit Window. Lastly, we painted the exterior of the home and stained the new cedar handrail and existing deck posts and outer band board.
