Five Star Painting completed an exterior accent-color update for this home in Cumming, Georgia. Rather than repainting the existing siding and vinyl trim, our team refreshed the home’s architectural details using a bold palette of Peppercorn, Naval, and Tricorn Black. The project included painting approximately 290 linear feet of gutters and downspouts, the foundation, 16 shutters, two single garage doors, the front door, and a side entry door. Preparation included scraping loose paint, sanding glossy surfaces, spot priming exposed areas, caulking gaps and cracks, and carefully masking adjacent surfaces. Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint Exterior coatings were used to create a durable, coordinated finish. The darker accents provide a striking contrast against the home’s light-colored siding and give the exterior a more modern, polished appearance.
