We completed a comprehensive full roof replacement on this multi-unit townhouse in Fort Worth. The process began with a complete tear-off of the weathered asphalt shingles, followed by significant repairs to the roof deck where we replaced damaged OSB and plywood sheathing to ensure a stable and secure foundation. For the installation, we used high-performance Tamko Titan XT architectural shingles along with StormGuard self-adhering underlayment and Armor synthetic underlayment for advanced moisture protection. The finished project provides a durable, weather-tight roofing system that enhances the exterior aesthetic and long-term value of the property.
