We completed a full roof replacement on this single-story brick home in Runaway Bay. Our team stripped the weathered asphalt shingles down to the decking to address underlying issues, including significant wood rot discovered on the chimney siding. We installed a high-performance roofing system using Tamko Titan XT architectural shingles. The project also involved the installation of new synthetic underlayment, updated turbine ventilation, and new plumbing vent boots across the entire structure.
