We completed a comprehensive storm restoration project on this multi-structure property in Quitman, Texas. Our team performed a detailed damage assessment across the log cabin, lodge, and gym before beginning the full roof replacement process. We stripped the existing layers and addressed structural issues by replacing compromised OSB decking to ensure a solid foundation. For the new installation, we utilized premium architectural asphalt shingles in Rustic Hickory to complement the dark-stained logs of the primary residence and outbuildings. We also replaced critical components including pipe boots, metal drip edges, and skylight flashing to ensure a weather-tight seal. This upgrade provides long-term durability and enhanced protection for the entire estate.
